Generally an initial consultation will be anywhere from 60 to 75 minutes and a follow up consultation 30 to 45 minutes.

Generally people are on a mission with a specific health concern or healing goal especially for a Homeopathic consultation. Kinesiology however can unlock and clear subconscious programming that you may not even necessarily have been aware of and can also be utilised as a general health balance.

Yes! All consultations will be online via telehealth. If you are unable to meet this way and would prefer telephone call please contact me once you have made your booking and I am more than happy to arrange that.

Your first follow up will be 4-6 weeks after starting your Homeopathic prescription and in that session we will review how your symptoms have changed to assess how the remedy has acted. We may change the remedy, the dosage, or the potency to continue nudging your body along in healing.

After the first follow up, we will connect every 4-8 weeks to check in as per your needs. More complex cases may need more frequent support in the first few months as we fine-tune your remedy prescription or protocol. As healing progresses and know how to support yourself with your remedy, follow ups becomes less frequent.

How long we work together really depends on the complexity of your case and how long you've had the symptoms you are looking to heal.

Follow up Kinesiology only appointments are generally as you feel the need and if you are an ongoing Kinesiology client you are welcome to book follow ups under the "initial consultation" booking link if you would prefer a 1 hour session.
